Unable to play 1v1 online play or any world of Chell mode

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

It didn’t work on the first try. Went back hours later tried it again and it worked. Played a few games turned my box off went back on hours later and it didn’t work. Tried another reboot and it still didn’t work. ????

Hi I kno it’s been some time but I tried what you said it does work but not always on the first try. Sometimes i clear the MAC address 3 times before I’m able to get into the lobby and play.

Thanks. Can you check to see if UPnP is enabled? You'll need to check your router settings. Also, what does it say for your NAT type in the network settings on your Xbox?

The NAT type says open. And I’ve looked everywhere in my router setting and can’t find anything that says UPnp
