WHERE IS EA SPORTS NHL FOR PC? — A QUESTION FOR EA SPORTS AND THE NHL COMMUNITY

A Message to EA SPORTS and the NHL Community

As a PC gamer and hockey fan, I’ve been wondering why the EA SPORTS NHL franchise is still unavailable on PC.

With PC gaming continuing to grow and Steam being one of the biggest gaming platforms in the world, it seems like a missed opportunity to leave PC players without an official way to experience the NHL series.

I understand that developing and maintaining a PC version requires resources, optimization, and a viable business case. However, I’d genuinely like to understand the reasoning behind this decision.

• Is it a matter of development costs or profitability?
• Does EA believe there isn’t enough demand for NHL on PC?
• Has EA considered releasing NHL on Steam or the EA app?
• Is there any possibility of a PC release in the future?

Other major EA SPORTS franchises have made their way to PC, so I’d love to hear why NHL has taken a different path.

I’m not posting this to attack EA or its developers. I want to open a constructive discussion and see how many other players would genuinely purchase and support an official PC version.

If EA SPORTS NHL came to PC, would you buy it?

Please share your thoughts, explain why you want NHL on PC, and let EA know there’s an audience interested in this possibility.

The more constructive feedback the community provides, the clearer the demand may become.

Hopefully, we can get an official explanation from EA SPORTS and a better understanding of whether NHL on PC could become a reality.

Let’s get the conversation started.
