10mail problem

So there is a bug that i have many people got it gives you verification code to "10mail.org" email and i contact to you guys so many times and got no respond and when so many people get the same prob...

    If you suspect that your account has been compromised, I would recommend reaching out to the EA Live Support team as soon as possible, so they can take a look at your account, as this is unfortunately not something we can do here via the forums.

EA support the user with nothing my account was made when i was a kid i knew nothing about accounts making and they want information i knew 6 years ago i will remember absolutely nothing about it and there is a issue because of a hacker or a program problem and me who is paying for it i had the problem in fifa 19 and still didn't get a solution for the problem if i didn't had it i would have changed my account information to something i know but am paying for your fault this is ridiculous

    When you create an account, it's your own responsibility to keep track of the information that is on the account.

    If someone loses access to an account, we offer assistance to try to help them get back into the account, by contacting the EA Live Support team. If the Live Support team is unable to verify the player who is reaching out as the owner of the account, there's unfortunately nothing that can be done.
