Double charge for newest sims

Hey guys, i need a help cause sadly i dont know what to do. On 20 july i pre ordered new pack for sims 4.... on 22 when i tried to download the game it said i must confirm 3 numbers from my card to get the game so i did it and.,.. it got own order number. i got double charge and bank approved that both transfers were successed send to ea games. However support said it came once. I am so angry now u cant imagine.... 60€ instead of 30 and nobody can help. Bank offered me to do chargeback but they dont know which transfer was for which order... if it was for the 0 one which ea says or for successful one...  and i dont want to get ban only because i try to get whats mine... I also can see at my order status that ea got money twice and it was COMPLETED!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're dealing with in this case.

    We're unable to assist with a refund or any charges on an account via the forums, so you will need to reach back out to an advisor for this one.

    In some cases one of those may just be a pending charge, but if this much time has passed and you're still seeing both charges on the account, our advisors will need to gather a bit more information from you to get this cleared up.

    Just as a heads up, a chargeback on the account would most likely result in an account ban, as you've mentioned. Based on what you've shown here I'd definitely suggest getting in touch with an advisor again to let them know those charges are still appearing on your account, thank you.

  • And dont u think its ridiculous? I have at my account all sims from 3 to sims 4, and many other games, they know very well i cant do chargeback. So what other options i have? I am sick of support and their helpless. I need a solution which doesnt lead me to get scam because its how i feel now. I spend today 3h to talk with support, i am so done and it brings nothing! My account data says that 2 payments were successed, and its ea data... so how i can see something else than support? Is it a joke? it is disrespectful to the customer.... Look at that screen, how is it even possible that support see there 0? While its COMPLETED and shown 139,90 by both transactions?

    I'm afraid we cannot handle this in any capacity over the forums.

    If you're seeing two charges completed on your actual bank statement, you'll need to speak with an advisor again and provide that information.

    They will need to look into this for you further.

    Recently I ordered The Sims 4 Comfy Gamer Kit, Secret Sanctuary Kit, Casanova Cave Kit & Refined Living Room Kit. I was charged ($21.46) 3 extra times. I have reached out multiple times through email. Is this seriously how this company treats its customers?! Shame on you!!  I pray I hear from someone with a warm pulse sooner than later!
