every time I try and launch the game it loads, fails, and goes back origin

Hi, 

I have had the internal server error message at the bottom since last week and have been unable to play. I can see my sims gameplay and can "repair" the game but every time I try and launch the game it loads, fails, and goes back to the origin launcher. I have deleted and reinstalled origin around 5 times and nothing. If the Internal server error is not in correlation to being unable to launch games.. why is the launcher not allowing me to even get into the sims gameplay since this message has appeared?
