You've let us know you are experiencing error 9:0 when installing or updating the Origin client. We are investigating this for you.
To help us investigate, please create an Origin Error Report and reply in this topic with your Report ID.
UPDATE 1:
Thank you for adding your Origin Error Reports. Based on those please try the following if you are still experiencing this error:
- Shut down Origin and delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\libeay32.dll file from your system. Try updating or installing Origin once more
If that still fails, please:
- Download and install the Process Explorer file from Microsoft.
- Run the tool, click Find -> Find Handle or DLL -> paste libeay32.dll into the search bar and press Search
- Take a screenshot of just the search results and post that in this topic.
