origin won't load library and store/ can't play my games

Hi, I went to play BF V I open it from desktop shortcut and it doesn't work and open up origin and stuck at loading as the picture shows. i can't play my games and can't brows origin. I tried  many...

    Hey @AhmedYuR you can generally fix the issue you are seeing by clearing the Origin Cache.

    You can clear the Origin Cache by following the steps below:

    1. Completely log out and close down Origin
    2. Hold down the Windows key and R
    3. Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
    4. Now open the Origin folder.
    5. Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
    6. Hold down the Windows key and R
    7. Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
    8. This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
    9. Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
    10. Open the Local folder here
    11. Delete the Origin folder listed here
    12. Restart your PC and log back into Origin

thanks for your reply

I really tried this work and it didn't worked. it looks like origin servers were on break because even the website didn't worked.

it took 2 days and the problem was magically solved! I really did nothing to solve it!

    Hey @AhmedYuR there were no issues with Origin or any of the games during the time that you had your issue so it could just have been a system issue you were having.

      @EA_Darko For some reason my file called Logs won't delete, I was wondering if you would know what should I do?
