@Zelda450 not quite, but pretty often. Two-three months between the sales. So you may see them at least 6 times in sales in a year. There are the big seasonal sales and a few small, thematic sales, when Sims 4 may enter as the main attraction. As the most recent sale was in June, my guess that we may see another sale in the next two/three months. Personally, i check the store often for sales.

Actually, the sale lasts until May 14 2020. Expansion packs are 50% off, Game Packs are 25% off, and Bundles are 10% off. Oh, can't forget to mention that the base game itself is 75% off.
Do stuff packs ever go on sale?
@tndhatt Yes, stuff packs are (very) occasionally on sale. For example, the Halloween-themed pack was on sale at the end of October, and sometimes one SP is on sale during the larger Sims 4 sales. A couple of months ago, one SP at a time was on sale for about a week, although the rotation may have stopped when a broader sale started. Unlike expansion and game packs though, it's pretty unusual.
@a_bbaba_cc there was one a week or so ago. So next one will probably be during summer sale. But i wouldn't worry. Sims 4 expansions and stuff packs have quite a few sales during a year, so you will get the chance to complete your collection.
Ah I’m also a broke person searching for discounts lol. I’m not too sure when they sales go on, but I’m pretty sure there is always a Black Friday sale. Also I heard they are on sometimes around July.
I am also trying to get an extension pack but don't have enough money to spend on the sims 4, do you know how often the black friday sales are and do the sales in july start on independance day (july 4) or july 1st?

If you sign into IsThereAnyDeal (you can create an ITAD account or sign in with an existing Steam account if you have one), you can also create a waiting list notification (by selecting "Wait for better price") for a game/DLC that triggers whenever the game/DLC is on sale or reaches a specified price or discount percentage.

@RavensFan0710 all, i doubt it.
Anyways, usually EA does have a sale in December, usually before the Steam sales, but this year might be different, as EA brought their games on Steam, so the sales might overlap.
I don't expect Snowy Escape to be in the sale and if it will be, the discount will be minor (10% - 25%). The Eco Lifestyle might have a better discount (33% is my bet, but who knows, i might lose that bet). Sims 4: Star Wars: Journey to Batuu will probably have somwehere between 20 and 33% (most likely towards the 20% side) and Nifty Knitting Stuff along the same lines as the SW game pack.
I hope that the Sims will get in the winter sale, as i am missing two expansion packs and i hope to get at least one of them (Eco Lifestyle and Snowy Escape are my missing ones and i am aiming for the first, with the second being a bonus, if the discount goes higher than my prediction, which i doubt it).
Thus being said, i hope that EA will grant both our wishes.
@RavensFan0710 sorry to hear about the problems with your PS4 version of the game.
The older expansions, game packs and stuff packs are usually in sale with discounts between 50% and 75%. The older they are, the better the discount. The more recent ones are usually discounted between 33% and 50%. And the newest ones can go between 10% to 33% (usually 10% - 25%, but sometimes EA surprises us with a wee bit higher discount than usual). So basically, you can get them for some decent/awesome prices.
If you live in US/Canada, Newegg is a decent place to buy a decent PC for a reasonable price.
But how long do sales last? I'd like to get some, but I'm not sure should I wait because it may go back to normal prices
The current sale is only active for another 24 hours. if you start playing the sims the main menu tells you how much longer the sale is going on and what is on sale for how much.
