i have the same problem and yes it appears as normal
- SmoggyLambGG3 years agoSeasoned Adventurer@EA_Leeuw Mine briefly had the issue with the blank game covers, but after reloading the library [CTRL+R], it all seemed to work, even did a repair on The Sims 4.

@SmoggyLambGG, gotcha. And the Internal Server Error message and empty prices etc., is that still there for you after the CTRL + R? - SmoggyLambGG3 years agoSeasoned Adventurer
@EA_Leeuw That only appears on the "My Home" tab of the Origin client. That must have something to do with the website because I tried loading the Origin site in this browser and there are also visible error messages there too.
i have the internal server error even after reloading multiple times.

@SmoggyLambGG, cheers for the screenshot. I can see that the prices of the standalone games appear again as well. That's good.
We've passed the issue on to our teams for investigation. I'm also currently receiving this error after the last update. I've cleared my Origin cache and rebooted my PC as well to no avail.
UPDATE: for those who can't access their game library:
As per suggestions in this related thread , when I went to Origin > Reload Page (or Ctrl-R), my game library has reappeared. Doesn't sound like it's a permanent solution, but may get some of you back to playing while EA's working on a fix.

Unable to launch BF2042
As well as the error you are mentioning i'm getting a few seconds after trying to launch BF2042 stating:

Any changes or guesses what's wrong with it? I see many do ctrl+r and so on. I dod that and got the games back, no crashong or anything but I still see the internal server error in home page. Prizes I see and now even the game library sjows like normal and I can just play.
When I checked the browser, there isn't internal server error even with logging in. So, is it the app or?

Hey everyone,
The Internal Server Error message that some of you are seeing in Origin is unrelated to the other reported issues in this thread.
The Internal Server Error message is only visual and should not be blocking you from playing any games via Origin.
If you're having issues playing games via Origin, or do you get an error code, please make a separate thread about this on the Origin board or search for an already created thread about the issue that you're experiencing.

How can origin get away with being so * ? spent hundreds of pounds on games and micro transactions and i can't play any of my games because of a server error ?! Fix up

Hey @NRAJ3,
As mentioned in the marked resolution of this thread, the Internal Server Error message is unrelated to being unable to launch some games.
If you're experiencing issues with Origin, like you mention; being unable to play some games, it would be best to create a separate topic about this on the Origin Technical Issues board and explain in detail what the issue is that you're experiencing, including any odd behaviours or error codes that you might see.

I tried these, run Origin as administrator
Make sure you've set the proper time and date on your system.
Make sure Origin is authorized by your anti-virus and firewall
Clear the Origin Cache dataand these didn't work. curious what's causing these. even tried reinstalling origin and that didn't work
