Oh... well well well... the problem is not fixed yet... had that problem again, any other solutions?
Sorry to hear the issue has reappeared.
Can you try creating a new temporary Windows User Account, and try to launch the game under that Account?
Also, can you please attach a DxDiag file so we can take a look?
Thanks 🙂
Hello, so I think I might have found the source of the problem. Whenever I open up a software that I use to manage 2 wifi connections at a time called iNet Fusion; this problem occurs and stays there even after I close it... But once I restart my PC and avoid opening iNet Fusion, Origin works just fine... I would love to see if there is a way to get iNet Fusion to work with Origin or at least get Origin to work after I close iNet Fusion.
Thanks ❤
Hi @Uboiii
If you want to try these troubleshooting steps :
Clear DNS cache https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/
Clear hosts file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034
Restart your machine.
Open (forward) some TCP or UDP ports for troubleshooting https://help.ea.com/en-sg/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/
NOTE if your issue persists perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
I wait your feedback mate.
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
If you want to know us or/and come up with ideas to improve the Origin platform or/and talk about anything and many more besides, you could also visit the NEW section Origin General Discussion https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/bd-p/origin-general-discussion-enHow do you manually uninstall origin? Is it any different than just normally going to the windows settings and uninstalling from there?
@TheCatPitchoun Yes, it's different. See "the hard way" in this article:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
I started having this issue too a few months back, reason why I ditched Origin for EA Desktop (but I don't like the client at all + it's in beta and it's missing many features)
I removed Origin, reinstalled it, even reinstalled my games (BF5). The worked... but only temporary.
A solution that seems to work every time, so far, is quit Origin and do an End Task on OriginWebHelperService.
Stopped my antivirus AVG and the games now run

Great to hear that you got your issue sorted @Montanaror, rather than disabling it you can add an exception to your anti-virus.
