Recovering EA account

I have been trying to gain access to my EA account and have not had any luck and have not received any real help. I told the EA customer service reps I don't have access to the old email that's attached to the EA account they insist that I provide them with outdated information and even if I get somethings right, they won't tell me. All I want is to be able to do is update my email address and play the games I pay for through EA play every month on my Xbox. The last EA rep I talked to was extremely rude and made me feel like there was no hope of me gaining access to my account. Who do I need to contact or reach out to, to get access to my account.
