for the last two days I've been trying to buy the new expansion pack. I have bought all of the the previous packs so I know the process. However, this time I keep getting a message saying, "things don't appear to be working at the moment try again" Ive tried multiple different cards including pay pal and 3 different credit cards. I really want to play this new expansion pack, can someone help?

Please check the order history on your account- are you seeing any transactions there showing as failed, or payment pending?
Yeah, my order history shows both actually. When I purchased with a credit card it says failed, but with pay pal it says payment pending.
Community ManagerThanks, if your payment is stuck on pending, that will usually process through automatically in 2-3 days. After a few days, if this transaction is still showing as pending in your transaction history, please go ahead and reach out to the live support team so they can review this transaction a bit further with you to see what's causing it to be stuck.

I have the same issue since December and it still wont let me buy it.
I tried to reach for help on EA Help but could not find any similar topic.
I can buy any other packs but the For Rent.

Are you seeing an error when you try to make the purchase, or is your transaction stuck in a processing state?
My transaction went through and I still cannot fix any house up or buy anything or replace anything?
