Where is my competition?

Hi, I opened the icon pack 91+ in Spanish and I didn’t get my compensation. I just feel scammed from your company. I opened like 4 cases and two of them says fixed and the other one resolved but nothing is fixed!!! Why I didn’t get my compensation while others yes? It’s been like three weeks waiting and you didn’t fixed nothing please you should work harder and I just feel scammed! Because I just expended like 425K in a pack with wrong description thats mean is your problem, not mine and I should get my compensation.
