Activate Spore Bot Parts, Creature Creator, and CC Trial Badges

Hello EA Help Community and Support Team,

I’m reaching out because I’ve been trying to get the Spore Bot Parts Pack and related badges activated on my EA and Spore accounts for some time now. I was able to successfully get the base game and DLCs like Galactic Adventures and the Creepy & Cute Parts Pack added to my account, but the Bot Parts Pack, Creature Creator, and Creature Creator Trial badges are still missing.

I understand from various community guides and other user reports that these badges are linked to permissions on the Spore.com site, which enable uploading Bot Parts creations and using specific features in the game. Unfortunately, EA Help agents have told me that these can’t be added due to “system limitations” or “discontinued support,” but multiple recent player experiences suggest it’s still possible.

I’ve tried the recommended steps:

Contacting EA Help through live chat multiple times

Following the suggested contact path for “Promotion questions” and “Find missing game”

Submitting emails with my Origin ID, Steam purchase details, and Spore.com username

Being patient and polite throughout the process

Despite this, the badges have not been activated, and I’m stuck unable to fully enjoy the features I paid for.

I kindly ask if someone with the right access and authority can please:

Add the Spore Bot Parts Pack permission to my account

Activate the Creature Creator and Creature Creator Trial badges on Spore.com and my EA account

I would really appreciate any help or advice the community or EA Support can provide to resolve this fully. Thank you very much for your time and attention.
