Bejeweled Stars - PLEASE HELP

I play Bejeweled Stars on iPhone. I beat level 934 on Sunday 07/05 and it will NOT let me advance to the next level. I have tried every single recommended troubleshooting step under the sun via Forums and recommended by support. If there's troubleshooting to be done, I have already done it. It's to the point where I seriously am considering deleting this game because it is no longer providing me an escape for when I'm stressed, it has become my source of stress. Begging a dev or support person to seriously escalate this.

    I have had the same issue. I cannot move to the next island. I have done all the troubleshooting for my iPhone mobile app. I’m stuck! The game has been fluctuating with the special event from fourth of July fireworks and now I’m stuck back on the birthday cake. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
