Can not register Spore online for Steam
Hello, I've bought the Steam version of Spore <+ DLCs if you have> and I am unable to register Spore online. There is no product key provided by Steam as they have been removed. I have attempted to contact Live Chat and speak to an advisor about the situation and I am 100% sure I have given the correct proof of purchase: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/#steam
The advisor could not help me despite showing my transaction history through Steam, in desperation I have come here. I would like to transfer my copy of Spore from Steam over to the EA App so that I may register online, can I please get help with this?

Hey @tux5nmb64pd4 , your proof of purchase looks correct (I removed your screenshots that were showing personal information).
Try to insist on the EA Help, there is a procedure for the agent to give you the product key so you can register to Spore online. Good luck
