It's redeemed in my ea account. But the problem is, im trying to install the ea app, and once i click on the ea app download installer thing, it comes up on another screen or tab "the app you're trying to install isn't a microsoft-vertified app". what does that even mean, and im stuck on what to do. im not a tech expert. ive watched youtube videos and researched on how to fix this issue, in installing the ea app that require you to play sims. please somebody help me. i just want to play sims. and have to go through all this just to install simsz 4.

  • Hello there.

    According to Microsoft Community

    1. Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)
    2. Go to the Apps section

    3. Check if "Choose where to get Apps" option is set onto "Anywhere"

    Hope this helps!

  • Yeah that fixed it thank you. It was because my computer was in the s mode store. And now I'm facing more issues, installing script mods and cc mods. Like it's not showing up at the start of the game. And I know how to install more, from years ago I'm a Sims at heart. But I can't even play my game with the mods and cc content because it's not showing up in the start up. And all my downloaded mods are in Sims 4/mods area
