Connection Issue – Possible Bug, Need Assistance

I’m experiencing an ongoing connection issue while trying to play, and I need help identifying the cause. I’m not sure whether this is a bug or a problem on my end.

The issue occurs when I try to connect to EA servers. I either get disconnected or the game fails to connect entirely. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the game, checking my internet connection, and restarting my console, but the problem persists.

Could you please look into this and let me know if this is a known issue or a bug? I’d really appreciate guidance on any additional steps I can take to fix this.
