EA Server Issues - Multiple games

Question

I'm constantly getting disconnected from EA Servers on my Xbox Series S with a wired connection. This has been on an ongoing issues for me for many months and happens across different games (PGA Tour, NHL, College Football). I don't know much about troubleshooting this issue but I would appreciate some help. I've tried to restart my router &amp; re-plug in the ethernet cable in the past with no success. PLEASE HELP!

Hi there. Let's make sure you're properly power cycling your equipment. Unplug your modem/router for at least 2 minutes. Also, hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off. Turn everything back on and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
