Hey jowalker30​ not a whole lot we can do. It's one of those situations where the way gaming works has changed so much over the years.

They can try to redeem the game in the EA app but if not accepted then the best thing they can do is see if it is possible to install from the disc.

With older games like this you can run into issues if you try to redeem the code years later,
