Fight Night Champion Locked Out from Dead Email

Hello. I am completely locked out of Fight Night Champion on my PS3 because my PlayStation Network account is permanently stuck linked to an old, deleted EA profile ending in @ea.com. Because the account is disabled on your backend database, it is completely blocking my console from authenticating my digital game license. 

I cannot open a live chat or submit a ticket because your help website is down with a 500 Server Error, and phone support is unavailable in my region. Could an EA Community Manager please manually escalate this thread to the backend account team so my PSN ID can be manually unlinked from this dead email? My PSN Online ID is Canadaisfat

    This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we aren't able to escalate or support account-related requests here on the forums. You'll need to connect with our live support team for assistance, as they'll have the tools to look into the account with you and make any necessary changes to recover your access.
