Fix for Witcher 3 stuck on the loading screen

If anyone has a problem where you downloaded Witcher 3 from the EA app and after launching the game you are either stuck with a black screen and menu music playing, or an endless loading screen in the game I have a fix for you. Just turn off the EA overlay. I spend two hours on this so I post here so fewer people go through the same. I've tried every other tip I found from changing settings, DX versions, turning on Windows compatibility mode etc and after everything, it is this that worked.
