Games will not launch two diffrenent games will not start

Question

I have tried literally everything to get these games to work i don't know&nbsp; what's wrong or why im having this issue cpu is ryzen 5 8645Hs gpu rtx4050 ive tired reinstalling drivers clearing the cache on ea app ive tried re installing the ea app ive tried re installing the games nothing has worked it goes to launch opens up the application then just either crashes or closes&nbsp;

it is ea madden 25 battlefield 6 beta battlefield 2042 any game on the ea app that i try and launch

and that's just the issue the only error message i get is the first time the game dosen't launch it just says sorry there was an issue on our end please try again later

Thanks for the additional information. There are a couple of things that you can try here;&nbsp;

Make sure your Windows is up to date
Set up a gaming profile for your dedicated graphics card. As we can see in the DxDiag, you have two video cards, if the system is trying to launch the game using the incorrect one, it might cause the game and EA app to crash.&nbsp;
