I have been trying for weeks to add gems to my account. Unable to for weeks. Very frustrated!

I am having issues making purchases for gems for a while now. Doesn't matter if I use my card or PayPal. I want to play Merge Academy and can only play a couple times since I don't have enough gems. This is super frustrating. Please advise.
