I don't want to bother EA tech support, but is there a way to get 
badge? I decided to ask on the forum. Entering the free version of Spore Creature Creator, you cannot enter even a ready-made account and create your own new one. The servers are closed. If anyone knows, please respond. I visit the forum every day. Maybe I need to contact technical support?
From what I know it's been impossible since March 2017, as the games security license was expiring and the only way to keep the service online was to release a newer client. The trial version used it's own .exe, and was promptly never updated and therefore logging in/registration was shut down.
I doubt even EA support could do anything about it now.
I've also been trying to get this badge recently, talked with support a few times, made a post in the forum, etc.; so hopefully EA fix this soon.
