I need help

so I buy a brand new pc expecting to load into apex and being able to link my own steam account to my ea account for the skins I have spent thousands on and it forces me to link my fiancés account and now said I have to wait 365 days to fix it then I go to ask ea support for an answer and that was over a week ago and issue is still not resolved  some one help
