I think they fired everyone human and now AI is supposed to be much better....better for the shareholders. It's a huge company that knows they got you and if you want help you can just shill out more cash. Sorry to be a downer but this support chat is broken by design.

I agree with you and the answers are monotonous, especially when they answer as if they were copying and pasting. They really don't care, especially the fans. I many time speak with ea support chat, but they answered like bot.

I am a bit jealous of u actually being able to chat...i cannot even get a chat started. I managed once but cannot again. This support/customer service is worse than old soviet union delivery wait time for cars as there is nothing comming as a respons back.....this is a bit funny how bad ea support is as ea doesnt offer a way to contact them on. I have filed a dispute for the double charging they mad for one single gamepack and hope they will help me. If they get no answers from ea i will most like get the money back. I wonder is creditcard companies has the same trouble to contact ea 😅
