issues with downloading creepy and cute parts pack

im unable to fully download the creepy and cute parts pack, it just gets stuck at 96% and has an installation error message at the bottom. ive already tried giving administrator permissions with properties in programfiles but when i try to uninstall spore nothing happens. ive seen that someone else had the exact same problem but ive never seen the solution as it isnt working for me either
