It Takes Two Error Result Code 105-80190000

Hello!

My boyfriend purchased It Takes Two on the Nintendo Switch 2.

I have the friend pass on the original Nintendo Switch.

When we go to connect online, we both receive the error code: “Your account settings has changed. Please connect again now. Result Code: 105-80190000”.


Through our own troubleshooting we have both tried the following:

1. Unlinking and relinking EA accounts

2. Clearing cache

3. Connecting to hotspots instead of WiFi.
   
   Nothing has consistently or permanently solved the issue for both of us. If one solution works one day for one of us, it won’t for the other or vice versa. We have yet to be able to play together which is so sad!
   
   I see this has been something people have struggled with for years. Is there any miracle solution yet? We do love the game and wish to play together.
