Lost Connection to EA servers and reset password

I recently download Fifa22 using the xbox game pass and haven’t used EA in a long time. When I tried to connect to the EA servers, it said to reset my password by scanning a QR code and following the instructions. I reset my password and then tried again but keep going to the screen asking me to reset my password. I click continue and it says “You lost your connection to the EA servers. Sign back in to access features.” Where do I sign back in? I resent my password and logged back in on my phone.
