Lost my city.

Yesterday night i played my game. I connected my game with EA account. Today I saw all my city progress has been gone . One new city showing with different name and level 1 . This is fully new city and my city is not there. I think someone disconnected my city server. I unable to connect my past city . Anyone can help me to recover my city please. I like this game most. I need my old city.

    It might help the devs if you let them know what game you're talking about. 

    It sounds like a SimCity game. If so there is a forum specifically for SimCity.
