Mass Effect 3

Since EA closed the Origin site this year and transferred everything to "EA Games"  I've been unable to load Mass Effect 3, at all.  I get a message that says

'We could not activate Mass Effect 3 on this computer using the account your provided. Please locate your product key to activate the game using your Origin account."  Then there is an "Enter Product Key" button that when pushed goes to another error screen presumably because Origin is not around anymore.

Nevertheless, I can't get the game to load.  I was able to Play ME1 and ME2 but then it wouldn't load any of my previously purchased DLC.  VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!  I've already contacted Tech support and have done literally everything they asked, with no change.  I'm also getting the same error messages with all of my other EA games I purchased from the now defunct Origin: Dragon Age series, Dead Space series, Battle Field 3, etc.

ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE????

  • I am also having this same problem. I own the deluxe edition 2012 and all DLCs i cant seem to find a way to contact them or even open a ticket. If any case i would like my money back or a way to bypass the stupid launcher that pops up saying activation code required. then when i press to activate it tells me i have no internet and to try again on loop. I have broad band and Wi-Fi so its not the issue. I tried repairing cache cleaning, and even went in and manually deleted all my files from the older origins folder that was hidden on program files 86 and program files under my C drive and Other hard drive inside my pc.. I don't know the work around and I haven't found much help on the forums either. Its extremely frustrating
