Medal of Honor

I own Medal of Honor on pc. I have the game installed on 3 different pcs however, I can't access the game on any of my pcs'. The game has worked on all 3 pcs before simultanously installed, so it is not a license limit issue. Every year or few years in between, when I launch the game on any of the pcs, I get a message stating that the license limit for the game has been reached. This happens on all the pcs at the same time. The game also displays a message that it needs to be updated. When I try to update it, the ea app cancels the update because it states I do not own the game. The game is no longer listed on EA's support site as well which makes the process of seeking support alot more frustrating. This happens on many of my games including need for speed rivals and other older games. It is very frustrating that when I reach out to ea customer service, it takes their support team weeks to respond. When they respond, they either suggest to uninstall the game, or uninstall the ea app and reinstall it, which means that you will need to reinstall your other games as the library is no longer associated with the app or they ask very obvious questions like, what game are you having an issue with or did you purchase the game? They also ask for proof of purchase for a game that was purchased more than 10 years ago. Granted, the proof of purchase is attached to my ea account, but it seems like I have to go through hoops just to get the my purchased game working again. This process happens every year. The fact that EA does not provide a direct phone number to reach someone for a prompt response, it is very poor customer service. Unfortunately, some purchases, I've made through steam and other 3rd parties but, because the games are published by ea, the only support for them is through ea. Unfortunately, some of my favorite games are published by EA and there is no other way of getting around that when purchasing them.
