Mirror's Edge "license limit reached"

I recently reinstalled Windows and when I try to open Mirror's Edge on EA App I receive this error message:  "Important Message! The license limit for this product has been reached. Please visit http://support.electronicarts.co.uk to contact EA Support for further assistance."

    This just happened to me as well.  It's been a while since this post, but the link provided leads to a beta chat bot which tells me my issue is not supported.

    Choosing different options during the "contact us" process will get you to a human Advisor. Please try other options until you get to a person. Thank you.

    I tried different options for 30 minutes straight to no avail. Is there no way to email or open a ticket directly.
