My BF1 as well as other games, is only launching too splash screen.

Hello, at this point I am lost and dont know what too do.

As shown in my video my BF1 only launches too the splash screen / anticheat, and I have tried every fix found, and contacting support only ends in a lost and slow onesided conversation with a robot.

I have reached as far as understanding that it may have something too do with EA-anticheat, but completely reinstalling it has done nothing.

Im rather annoyed and would love any kind of help, the funny thing is I can still play Battlefront 2 with no problems...

Triple A company ladies and gentlemen.

Thanks for sharing the DxDiag. It seems that your Graphics card driver is not updated to the latest drivers yet. I suggest checking that again and trying a Clean Boot once again. If the problem persists, try disabling unnecessary USB devices and other program overlays such as Discord, Nvidia, Steam, and so on. Let us know how that goes.

Thanks for letting us know. I appreciate that you've tried a lot of steps already, and it can be frustrating when nothing seems to help. Could you share a DxDiag with us, as that might help us identify what could be causing this?

    1. Update Your Graphics Card Driver
    2. Delete the Battlefield 1 Settings Folder
    3. Disable DirectX 12 (If Enabled)
    4. Run the Game and EA App as Administrator
    5. Clean boot startup
    6. Disableing all malware protection
    7. Install/Repair DirectX & VC++ Redistributables
    8. Add Exclusions to Antivirus/Defender
    9. Reinstall/Repair EA AntiCheat
    10. Update Everything
    11. Update your graphics drivers and chipset drivers

    12. Repair Game Files
    13. Go to your Battlefield 1 folder where your game is downloaded. Find EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe > Properties > Compatibility. Look for Compatibility mode and set it to Windows 7.

    What next?

    Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play BF1. I see you mentioned you tried many steps, along with reinstalling the EA anticheat. Could you please let us know which steps you've tried so far, so we don't ask you to try the same steps again? Also, if you can share a DxDiag, that will help us identify what could be causing the problem:
