My spore game keeps crashing on launch

every time i start up spore on my short cut that says spore galactic adventures instead spore which has been called that ever snice i got it which is 2 days ago and i am wondering if that's why it's crashing, and the Ea app every time i launch it a black screen will appear that i can't escape that stays for like 3, 4 seconds and disappears so i am wondering if i can even get to the main screen and yes i have done everything to fix this but it kind of seems that i am the only one.
