No internet
My new PS5 will not connect to the internet. Internet connection strength is excellent. Rebooted router and PS5.

Hey there,
Are you having issues getting online in a specific EA game, or will your PSN not connect at all? If the issue is related to the console, I suggest that you contact PlayStation support for further assistance.
If this is related to a specific EA game, please let us know which one.
