Old FIFA games

I would like to know that can I play with FIFA Soccer 96 or FIFA 97 via DosBox in legal, if I download it?

I am a streamer, and I would like to play with that games on Twitch, but I didn't find any answer of my question.

Could anybody help me about this topic?

    Not really something that we can help with here. If you own the game then you should have no issue with streaming it but getting it running would not be something we can help with beyond basic troubleshooting.
