Origin displays 2 medals of honor in 2010, while EA app only displays 1 medal

I previously purchased 2 copies of the Medal of Honor 2010, which were displayed in Origin. One copy is in English and the other is in Chinese. However, now I only have one copy of the Medal of Honor...
