Plants Vs Zombies GardenWarfare 2 (Console)

I recently started to play Plants vs Zombies GardenWarfare 2 once again. I decided to buy a humongous coin pack because I wanted new characters to play as. It seems that purchases still go missing, as I have yet to receive what I’ve paid for. I contacted EA help, talked to an advisor and still haven’t received any resolution. If anyone knows what I can do I’d appreciate the assistance.
