Rail Simulator animated passengers not showing up

hello, i own a Rail Simulator copy from 2007, and i need help troubleshooting this problem: when i installed the game passengers apeared roaming the plataform of the stations in game, but now,  passengers dont show up at all. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?
