removal of linked account

Question

An ea account that I was not aware of before was connected to steam, and now, when playing the Battlefield 1 game, I log in to the old ea account that was connected to it, but I do not have any access to that account, I do not know what the e-mail is, I do not know who it is, I cannot access the e-mail, I want to remove the link of the old ea account I mentioned from steam and connect the new ea account to steam, how can I do it?

In order to unlink platform accounts from an EA account, you must have access to the EA account. For further instructions on how to unlink the accounts, please see: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account. If you don't have access to the EA account, you will need to contact EA Help Support to see if they're able to assist you further with the necessary account changes.&nbsp;
