Rockband 4 Rivals Guitar won't record Guitar score on Aerosmith Crazy all other instruments have recorded score but every time I play the.song on Guitar it won't record score

I completely understand that but it's in the envelope as an EA game! That's like saying that Buick can't work on a Chevrolet because they are both General Motor Vehicles.

As I said above, Harmonix developed and published Rock Band 4 and Rivals with EA not having anything to do with it.
While EA distributed some of the Rock Band games any issues need to be addressed with the developer and/or publisher.
We do not offer support for Rock Band 4 or Rivals.
