Went to playstation store, entered code, nothing happened. It's in my transaction record but I cannot play. I went on the ea app on my PC. The game is there stuck at loading. I cannot play

Tried connecting both a PS5 controller and an Xbox Elite controller and neither worked. Tried wireless and wired connections without success. My guy is just laying in a cannonball position on the floor...
Les contrôles sont complètement buggé, les touches ne correspondent pas du tout, il est impossible de faire quoique ce soit
