SMB4 crashing on launch EA app PC

Metalhead logo with sound plays. Cutscene plays with sound. SMB4 logo appears and game crashes. I have tried: Allowing a Windows Firewall Exception. Adding a "High Performance" entry in Nvidia ...

Hey Everyone, 

If you are still seeing crashes for SMB4 on the EA app, let us know the following if you have not already:

  • EA ID
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Are you crashing at launch or while playing?
  • Do you own SMB4, or access it via EA Play?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

Hello, i have the same issue than the other guys there. My games launches normally, but right after the intro cutscene, when the games name appears, the game instantly closes. If i may give the informations here : 

My EA ID is : WazoKiBrul

I'm not getting any error messages

Like i said just above, the game is crashing right after the intro cutscene.

I access it via EA Play (i've got EA play via Game Pass)

Here is the EA app Error ID Number : bb9e9284-10c7-457f-a48e-ca344cd9fc1f (the DxDiag is on attached files) 

I'm also providing the InstallLog, i don't know if you need it or if it can help but anyways here it is
