Spore.com won't recognize that I own Galactic Adventures

The immediate use of the online feature is only available to Origin buyers.

I already have an account that is linked to my Origin that I log in with. The game does not give me the option to register for a new one, like this post says, only login to an existing account. I have already redeemed all of the codes on Origin. I went to the spore website and there isn't an option to make a new account there either.

I think you misunderstood me. I can use my already-linked account in Spore and upload creatures as well as download them and the rest of the online content of the game. However, these creatures are for some reason not actually being uploaded to the Sporepedia even though it says they are in-game. I can download creatures, however.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I can upload creatures to Spore.com, but only if I launch regular spore. This issue has changed to Spore.com not recognizing that I own Galactic Adventures (and thus refusing to accept my creatures)

and again . Also Spore Ga has to be manually linked to your account. Otherwise, you cannot do any uploads from this EP.

A game advisor could help you. I have no way to do that.

Game advisors refuse to help me. Each one says the same thing; "Online features for spore were disabled." I never get anything else out of them.

I have contacted five different reps with completely different names, same responses. Nobody wants to provide any support for anything Spore related.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I cannot help you in this case.

The upload to Spore over Origin works fine. Therefore, there is no technical issues of the Spore server.

Make sure that you do not use mods or other things in the game. Also cheats are forbidden, this blocks the upload of a creatures to a server
