Spore DLCs purchased on Steam not appearing in EA App after account linking
Hello everyone,
I am having an issue with Spore and its DLCs and hope someone can help.
Years ago I purchased Spore with both DLCs on Steam. Before that, I already owned the base game on my EA account, but without the DLCs.
This year I started playing and discovered that online features require the game to be recognized by the EA App.
Because of this, I linked my Steam account to my EA account. The base game appears in the EA App, but the DLCs purchased on Steam do not appear. They are still available on Steam, but not recognized by EA.
I tried contacting EA Support, but the contact options are disabled or grayed out, so I cannot open a case or live chat, even though I can prove ownership of the game and DLCs.
Is there a way to sync the DLCs or manually add them to the EA account?
