Spore doesn't run on Mac

Hi, I just bought Spore on EA, it stated that it was available on both Mac and Windows (I have Mac) but now it doesn't let me install it because it says it's only available for Windows. I tried asking for support to the EA team but I'm not able to reply to the assistant's texts, everything is going wrong ☹️
