Spore Galactic Adventures was not installed successfully

This is an escalated issue. I've tried getting help from origin to no avail. I have cleared my temp data, ended all other processes, deleted and redownloaded GA and spore, and when I attempt to install from Origin, it loads install shield, already on the "did not install properly" screen. When I go into the directory and run setup.exe, it loads the first page correctly, then when I hit next the terms of service page comes up strangely. The text field that the terms are supposed to be in is blank. Just white with no text. The options of whether or not to accept are still there and if I hit accept then next, it goes to the "did not install properly" page. 

Can anyone help? I suspect a corrupt download, HOWEVER, the first time I ever downloaded it, it worked just fine for the hour that I played it. It is a legitimate, validated download from Origin, and I have spore, on disk and downloaded.

    I solved this, for anyone who has the same problem, go to C:/Program Data/ annd delete the folder entitled "Origin."

    It's a hidden folder, so enable viewing hidden folders (by clicking the "Organize" tab, then "folder and search options," then checking the "show all folders" option and hitting apply.)

    Make sure that you do not have Origin open by clicking "Exit" under the "Origin" tab on the top left of the window, as this will not work if Origin is active.

    You will have to log back in once you run Origin again, but nothing will be lost.
