Oh wow! Well, I'm not really tech-savvy as you are, but I can find my way around if you can tell me what I'm supposed to do with these files now after I've found them? This is actually the farthest I've gotten to solving this so far, seeing as there's so few people that have the same problem...
If you could tell me what to do with these files, that would be amazing! Thank you!
You can restore it if you have a complete backup of the old Spore folder under AppData.
Next trick refresh/edit your captain, save him. Afterwards beam up of the planet and select it from ingame Sporepedia

Sadly, I don't see an extra Spore folder anywhere other than in >Roaming...
Am I able to do anything else with what I have? Because I really got far with what I have and I don't want to lose it...
What I DO have, if it even COUNTS for anything, is:
The original CD
But if I can't do anything with that then what I can see immediately after opening my "SPORE" folder in >Roaming is:
(folder) CityMusic (which is empty?)
(folder) Games
(folder) MVJCache
(folder) Preferences
(folder) Temp (which is also empty?)
EditorSaves.package
GraphicsCache.package
Planets.package
Pollination.package
RigblockInfo.package
If I'm bothering you with my stupidity, just tell me. I'm just really sad this life-long game isn't working anymore...

Take a look at my pics. The MVJ Cache is below AppData / Roaming / Spore / MVJ Cache. In this there are many other small cache files from your creations. (numbers.png)
If it not there, it comes to this error.
The Cache "DB Editor" file is the brain of the game, it will list all the creations in Spore
If the folder does not exist, the game must be completely uninstalled- 9 years ago
It's all there! The brain, numbers, everything. I'm thinking I could be missing some numbers? Is that why those certain Spore creations won't show up? Because other past Spore creations are still there, fully functional in the Sporepedia. I also see some files there with the names of my worlds, so I'm not sure...
You think so? Or is there something else that may be wrong?
